One day a week for 1.5 hours online and 2-4 times on-site per month for 4-6 months, depending on the total time to fix and resell the property.

No, because everyone’s focus and commitment varies, we cannot guarantee every participant will secure a deal immediately but we do offer a refund within the first two weeks of the course.

Yes, you can certainly invest with us and just take advantage of our project process platform, so you have 24/7 access to your investment.

This is the precise difference between just invest with us and invest and learn with us.

Unfortunately, you must be a qualified investor, or prove you have previous investing experience. If you do not qualify, you may pay for the first project course, then invest in the next one.

Someone who has made multiple investments with a moderate level of risk, not necessarily real estate but it has to be verified that you have investments experience.

It depends on the type of investment. Your security is of the utmost importance to us and in most cases you will have a grant deed against the property.

If for any reason you need to drop the course within the first 14 days of the start date, you may do so with a $500.00 fee.

Anytime after 14 days of the start date, you may drop the class but you will not be issued a refund.

Yes, you must have a valid, California real estate license and join the Pacific West Association of Realtors.

Yes, you should have at least one year as a licensee and at least 6 closed transaction or similar experience.

Commissions range from 70% to 90% depending on expertise and a few other factors that we can discuss in person.
